A compressor with great qualities and characteristics. This 7.5 kW, directly driven screw compressor has the latest technologies. For example, this machine has a Permanent Magnet motor for optimum energy saving (up to 8% higher than a standard Asynchronous motor) and the compressor has a wifi module to be able to monitor and adjust the compressor remotely. The yield is a maximum of 1020 liters per minute. All parameters can be read and adjusted in the menu of the very comprehensive but well-arranged controller which is equipped with a full color touchscreen. With this, every APS 10 X IVR can be adjusted per situation for maximum efficiency. All components are easily accessible when the panels are removed during maintenance. The machine has been carefully designed so that fewer parts are maintenance-sensitive. The service interval of 3,000 hours also ensures lower maintenance costs. This machine is very suitable for small businesses to medium-sized businesses such as garage companies.
X series Screw compressors
By continuously investing in the development of our products, the Airpress Group presents a new series of screw compressors. The screw compressors are available from 5.5 kW to 37 kW. The APS X series is available in two versions: controlled at a fixed speed or speed. Machines of 15 kW are also available with a two-stage screw block. These versions have an increased performance with the same power consumption as a single-stage version. Depending on demand, these machines are available as a separate unit, mounted on a tank or mounted on a tank and equipped with a compressed air dryer.
